Harrison P. Case graduated from West Virginia University (2005) and the West Virginia University College of Law (2009), where he graduated with honors as a member of the Order of the Coif.  While in law school, Mr. Case was Executive Editor of the West Virginia Law Review and President of the Environmental Law Society.  After graduating he served as law clerk for Judge Irene M. Keeley, of the United States District Court in Clarksburg, for two years.
 
Prior to law school, Case served as outreach coordinator for the West Virginia Wilderness Coalition, a public lands preservation organization that successfully secured Congressional protection of wild lands in the Monongahela National Forest.  He also held the position of volunteer and outreach coordinator for Caritas House, an HIV/AIDS service organization in Morgantown, and is a former speech writer and legislative correspondent for West Virginia Governor Bob Wise.
